By requesting an RMA and/or shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse.
What is the return policy?
All our TnBgoldteeth.com is custom made for each individual customer. For this reason, there will be no full refund or any exchange after the order has been processed. If you are unhappy with an item it may be returned less Shipping & Handling charge plus a 50% restocking fee. Buyer must contact us for a return authorization number and return original item within 3 business days of delivery for refund or exchange, and in the same condition as it arrived.

Due to the nature of this product, no full refund or exchanges are allowed so please be aware of that prior to ordering. We only accept packages in their original condition for return. We do not accept packages with the seal broken unless the contents are mislabeled by the factory or the merchandise is defective. Customers are responsible for the costs of all returned shipments. RMA numbers must be placed on the outside label of the returned package. We will credit the customer’s account upon receipt of the merchandise.
